Solicitation for Renewable Energy and/or Energy Storage Projects Offers Seeking CAISO Cluster 16 Commercial Interest Points

CAISO Cluster 16 Interconnection parties interested in being considered for allocation of commercial interest points available to Silicon Valley Power (SVP) shall submit renewable energy and/or energy storage project proposals through this solicitation. Please use the forms below to submit your project proposal and complete both tabs of the workbook. 

SVP will utilize the responses provided in the project proposal in this solicitation and/or respondents to Commercial Interest Point solicitation issued by the Northern California Power Agency (NCPA) to select 1 or more projects to allocate its Commercial Interest Points. For parties that wish to keep their project proposal confidential as allowed by law, please review, sign and submit the SVP Confidentiality Agreement Form. Projects chosen by SVP to receive an allocation of SVP's Commercial Interest Points will be expected to enter into an Exclusive Negotiating Agreement prior to the issuance of Commercial Interest Points.
