Every month like clockwork, bills come streaming into your mailbox begging to be paid. Often, we merely look at the amount due and pay it. To help you better understand what is in your municipal utility bill, the City of Santa Clara has redesigned its residential utilities bill to make it more readable. In addition, the new layout should enable you to easily find important information, while breaking down costs so you know exactly which charges contribute to your utility bill.
