Silicon Valley Power offers several programs to help make your home look better and run more efficiently. With rebates on refrigerators, ceiling fans, and LED lighting, there's never been a better time to upgrade your home appliances and start saving money.
To qualify for these programs, you must be a resident of the City of Santa Clara and receive electricity from Silicon Valley Power. Other restrictions may apply. Install up to three ENERGY STAR® ceiling fans in your home and get a rebate of up to $35 for each fan installed.
|Electric Clothes Dryer Rebate
Receive a $100 rebate when you purchase an ENERGY STAR® Emerging Technology Award-winning clothes dryer or a $300 rebate for a heat pump clothes dryer.
|Electric Heat Pump Water Heater Rebate
Receive up to $1,000 for replacing your old electric domestic hot water heater with a new ENERGY STAR®-qualified electric heat pump water heater.
|LED Light Bulb Rebate for HOAs
Install ENERGY STAR® LED light bulbs in the common areas of your Homeowner's Association and get a rebate of up to $10 for each LED Light Bulb installed.
|Pool Pump Rebate
Replace your old single-speed or dual-speed pool pump with a new Variable Speed Pool Filtration Pump and receive a $100 rebate.
|Refrigerator Recycling Rebate
Silicon Valley Power's Refrigerator Recycling Rebate is on hold effective November 23, 2015. The program is expected to be available again in May 2016.
|Solar Electric Rebate
Silicon Valley Power is offering incentives to make installing and generating electricity from PV systems more affordable for you. These incentives are in the form of cash rebates to Santa Clara residents and businesses for new installations of photovoltaic (PV) systems.
