Silicon Valley Power (SVP) is partnering with BASE Energy, Inc. (BASE) to offer the Energy Efficient Water Systems (EEWS) Program to qualifying business customers with an electric demand over 200 kW.  The objective of the program is to assist qualifying customers in saving energy through water conservation and energy efficiency of water handling and processing systems and equipment.  The program provides technical assistance in identifying and implementing water conservation and energy efficient water systems projects, and financial incentives based on verified energy savings.

What Type of Projects Qualify?

BASE Energy_Pumps To qualify to participate in the EEWS Program, you must:

  • Have or plan to install a water system (e.g. pump, cooling tower, washer, water/wastewater treatment)
  • Submit a project application
  • Have water handling and/or processing systems in your facility (i.e. pumps, irrigation systems, cooling towers, chillers, etc.)
