New Construction Incentives
Locating your business in Santa Clara is a smart move. Not only does it offer the lowest utility costs in the Bay Area, but Silicon Valley Power also provides valuable rebates to businesses that are building or expanding facilities with energy-efficient equipment.
Non Residential new construction, major renovations, and building additions (that require Title 24energy budget compliance) are eligible. See application for eligibility.
NOTE: New construction projects larger than 25,000 square feet qualify for rebates, and energy-efficient equipment must exceed Title 24 requirements by ten percent. Remember, you must apply for approval of your plans prior to making your purchases.
