Alerts, Outages, and Safety

At Silicon Valley Power, we do our best to identify and correct potential power-quality issues before they occur. Through a series of alerts, we're able to warn many of our customers when their power quality is in question. And we always try to keep them informed about what to do in the event of a power outage.

In situations that we can't control—including earthquakes, fires, and other natural disasters—we have procedures in place to get you up and running as quickly as possible. And, as always, we work diligently to educate our customers on electric safety precautions and procedures.
